To Program or Charge a Crystal.
a) cleanse the crystal using the most suitable technique. (either smudge or running water) b) Hold it in your hands c) Clear your mind d) When you feel that your energy and that of the crystal are synchronized, state your intention, goal or desire clearly,lucidly & succinctly e) Repeat it until it feels right. Speak your intentions out loud if possible. f) When charging is complete, put the crystal down & consciously detach your attention from it.
