My Morning Magik for Health

This morning, I asked Yemaya (my queen of the oceans, a great healer) to heal me. I cupped some of Her waters in my hands and washed the outside of my throat with it. I have a sore throat from a cold I have caught. I thanked Her and continued on my walk. This is a simple yet effective piece of magik. I used my will, my voice and thought and Her essence, that is all that was needed.
