ANTI - BRUISING OIL
You will need: 1/8 cup of veggie oil, 5 drops of rosemary, 3 drops of chamomile 2 drops of lavender
Mix it gently, then with the back of the spoon you mixed it with, smear some on the bruise or injury and the surrounding area! Leave it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes, then gently dab off excess! Rosemary will take the bruising away, and the chamomile and lavender will help with the swelling!!
